About DIXIE TINWORKS |
|
My goal is to make affordable quality items, as historically correct as possible, using the same techniques that were implemented in the 1860’s, taking into consideration the safety of the customer. I use lead free solder on all items that would be considered a potable, or any item that would come in contact with food. There are sharp edges on some items, which is just the nature of tin, and care must be taken not to get cut. Some of the items are of my own design and some of the items are historical reproductions.
Items that have the symbol by them are historical reproductions.
Be sure to see the Tinware Care page. |
