This is a historical reproduction of the tin kitchen, as they were also
called. They were “the oven” of the 1790’s. Set it on the hearth or in
front of the fire and it cooks nicely.
There is a door in the back to allow for basting and checking on the
meat. It comes with the spit and 8 skewers to hold the meat while
cooking. There are holes to hold the spit after rotation and a spout to
pour the grease off after cooking.
